This Return Policy outlines the terms for returning plants and care products purchased from Zolvarenaiphod.

Plant Returns

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Care Product Returns

Unopened care products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Products must be in original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact us with your order details
• Provide photos if applicable
• Await return authorization
• Follow provided return instructions

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Plants that have been in your care for more than 48 hours cannot be returned, as we cannot verify care conditions.
